I needed work on a project which had been turned down by several attorneys. Cesar was referred to me. The project also happened to need a translation. I had not been able to find anyone who could do a certified translation. Without asking for it, Cesar immediately offered that I use his translation team, who could certify my translation. He did not charge a fee, only the direct fee from the translators. The turn around was quick, accurate, and at a very reasonable price. Cesar gave me free advice on my issue. I was very pleased with his ability to discern the essence of my issue and provide a solution, all the while with a conscientious grace and courtesy. If I need an attorney again, I will certainly contact Cesar Libanati!

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I called to the conclusion Cesar was always there. When ever there was any development with my wife's green card he would call and give us the news first hand. He always knew ahead of time what documents would be required for every step.
