Mary & Carlos paid a great deal of attention to detail while painting our bedrooms, external doors & kitchen cabinets! For those of you who are going to be living in the home as the work is being done, they would be a great team to hire! Their vibe is peaceful & they left our home livable & spotless each day they worked on our project. The compliments on their work keep pouring in!

Outstanding Experience with Loft Painters: Carlos and Mary Are True Professionals! When we found ourselves in a difficult position after our previous painter abandoned the project midway, Carlos and Mary of Loft Painters truly came to our rescue. They tackled an extensive and intricate list of tasks with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality that exceeded our expectations. Here’s what impressed us most about their work: 1. Meticulous Preparation and Organization: Despite inheriting a home that was partially prepped, with much of the space covered, taped, and disassembled (switch plates and cabinet knobs removed), Carlos and Mary quickly assessed the situation and developed a detailed plan to move forward without missing a beat. 2. Cabinetry Restoration: The team expertly sanded, primed, and repainted 15 cabinet doors and 6 cabinet drawers, restoring them to perfection. The finish is smooth and flawless, showcasing their mastery in cabinetry painting. 3. Door Revitalization: All 13 doors in our home, including the front door, were beautifully refinished. They also replaced the door hinges and handles, adding a fresh and modern touch to each door. Their attention to sanding, priming, and repainting ensured a professional-grade result that has transformed the look of our home. 4. Window Frames, Baseboards, and Crown Molding: About 12 window frames and sills were meticulously sanded, primed, and painted. They also repaired and filled in baseboards and crown molding where needed, then repainted everything with care. The results are polished and cohesive, giving our home a fresh, refined look. 5. Room Transformations: The team skillfully completed touch-ups in our family room, formal area, and kitchen and painted multiple rooms with precision, including: Powder Room: Transitioned from beige to a refined beige tone. Laundry Room: A fresh turquoise replaced the previous beige for a vibrant, cheerful look. Hallways and Stair Area: Flawlessly painted to breathe new life into these spaces. Office: A stunning transformation with beige walls to white, complemented by a dramatic deep blue accent wall. Master Bedroom & Bath: Soft, elegant beige replaced the previous yellow, with the accent wall shifting from gray to a rich dark beige. Guest Bathroom: Updated with a clean, refreshed coat of paint. Small Bedroom: From light green to white, creating a crisp, airy feel. Master Closet: A bold and playful hot pink brightened the space, complete with seamless wall repairs. 6. French Door and Stair Railings: The French door and its frame, painted both inside and out, look like new. The stair railings were carefully repainted, providing a sleek and modern finish. 7. Exterior Work: About 60 feet of backyard cinder block wall (6 feet high) were expertly painted from a dull brownish tone to a bright, clean white. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Price includes all supplies, taxes and transaction fees. We do not mark up our paint.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by scheduling an on-site estimate (pictures work too if that’s easier). After that, we give you a quote. If you’re happy with the price and ready to move forward, we ask for a 10% deposit. If we only saw pictures, we’ll do a quick check in person before starting to make sure everything matches up. Once the job is done, we do a full walk through with you to make sure everything looks right. If it’s all good, we collect the final payment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
For Cabinets: Ask the painter if they are cleaning, sanding, priming before painting. For Cabinets: Know what paintline the painter will be using, quality paint produces a long lasting finish.
