Carlos, is very professional and has high integrity. He quoted me a cost, which was on the low side and he honored that cost. his work was absolutely first class. even though I am in a remote city, he kept me updated on the progress with pictures. He was quick responsive on text as well as on the calls. I will definitely recommend Carlos his company Loft to others.

I’ve never used Thumbtack and I needed a painter. I reached out to Loft because of the reviews. I can’t say enough of how pleased I am with my home. Carlos and Mary were so nice and accommodating. They were prompt and reached out to me when they were on their way. The price was spot on what I thought it would be because I usually paint my own homes, but I’m getting older and it’s getting harder to do. I highly recommend this company, especially Carlos and Mary. I’d definitely use them again.

Carlos and his team were so wonderful to work with. He was patient with our questions and decision making process in selecting our paint color - but also gave wonderful advice. We appreciated how responsive he was and how often he came to the house to ensure everything was going smoothly. We were also able to add on a few other services during the paint job and grateful he was able to help us (laminate flooring installed). Overall excellent experience and we love our new remodel! Within 72 hours, I received an affordable, itemized bid, which greatly helped with my stress regarding all the work the property needed. included prepping damaged walls and trim, painting ceilings, walls, and trim, as well as repairing and painting the kitchen cabinets. The quality of the paint job was incredible and totally enhanced the property's appeal, allowing me to charge higher rents.
