- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing depends on the severity of the charges you are facing. For example, a drunk in public charge could cost $2500 flat fee for representation because it is a low level misdemeanor. Felony defense pricing can range start at $5000 and go up from their depending on the nature of the charges and the complexity of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial phone consultation with one of our team members to determine if our firm is a good fit for your case. We do not accept all customers cases that call us since we specifically choose the clients who are the best fit for our firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a practicing attorney since 1994 and am also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with the Association of Certifed Fraud Examiners (ACFE). We specialize in handling all types of fraud defense matters for our white collar crime clients.
