From the very beginning of selecting this business, Andrea was responsive and super kind and knew that i made the right choice. Georgie was responsive as well, his professional mannerisms to all the plumbing issues we had was amazing to work with. He gave us something more than just helping us, he gave us tips to so many different areas of the house, help us game planned what to do and of course, did his plumbing job with ease and professionalism. He had so much advice and wasn't there to steal every nickel and penny, he assessed the situation and asked us what our next steps were in our renovation to ensure that his steps are met to our standards AND ALSO SETTING UP OUR PLUMBING FOR OUR NEXT STEP which you never get that kind of service. He fixed everything and before he did, he reviewed what he'll be doing so we were comfortable with it and reviewed all kinds of pricing options to ensure it was manageable for us. Yaroslav was very professional. Direct with prices and was easily able to diagnose the issue and repair my water heater. He waiting for a good 20/30 minutes, just to ensure it was no longer having the issue it was. I would totally recommend. He has an extensive background in plumbing and new construction. I hired Ocho Plumbing to entirely replace a bathroom faucet, drain a shower drain and repair the parts inside a toilet tank.
Edgar was very responsive. He arrived on time. He communicated estimates and pricing ahead of doing the work. He was honest and very professional. The work he did was excellent and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him!

Caliber One Plumbing and construction
Highly recommend Mando and Caliber One. He was easy to communicate with, responsive and timely..... plus he easily fixed our kitchen sink issue. Happy to say we have found a quality plumber we can trust. Plus he provides exceptional customer service. We actually had a backflow clog in our master shower less than 2 weeks after we first used him for our sink and I called him in a panic..... it was a mess. Our house is old and has the plumbing that goes with it! Even though he was on a job at that moment, he called me back in a short time and calmly explained what we could do to troubleshoot it until he could get out to our house. And luckily, we were able to resolve it that afternoon and didn't have to have him come out on a Sun. You rarely find that level of service in today's world. We highly recommend.
