I hired Rooter Alert to come out and give me an estimate for repairing my water heater. The company was very professional about making sure I knew when to expect their plumber who showed up as planned. ? I was happy to deal with the gentleman who came out as he was kind and felt trustworthy. He looked over my situation carefully and tried out some solutions before giving his final determination and the free estimate as promised. All went well without the stomach turning stress I feel when I need a plumber or a dentist! They delivered what they advertised in a professional manner...kudos!
