Just after connecting with them on Thumbtack, they scheduled someone to come out in a 2 hour window that day. I had a Nest doorbell that I had tried to install, but wasn't working. The tech, Samuel, showed up on time and, while he hadn't installed this specific doorbell before, he was able to walk through the instructions with me and figure out what needed to happen to make it work. And now I have a working doorbell!
Michael D. was great from start to finish. He was very communicative before arriving and then once arrived was very thorough in his analysis and breaking down options for us and it easy to understand manner. On top of that he fixed our issue within an hour. I highly recommend this electrician service!
