- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Price includes all supplies, taxes and transaction fees. We do not mark up our paint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by scheduling an on-site estimate (pictures work too if that’s easier). After that, we give you a quote. If you’re happy with the price and ready to move forward, we ask for a 10% deposit. If we only saw pictures, we’ll do a quick check in person before starting to make sure everything matches up. Once the job is done, we do a full walk through with you to make sure everything looks right. If it’s all good, we collect the final payment.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
For Cabinets: Ask the painter if they are cleaning, sanding, priming before painting. For Cabinets: Know what paint line the painter will be using, quality paint produces a long lasting finish.
