FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complex here. You set the realistic budget and I make those numbers work for you. There is a certain price point that all printers / brokers have in mind. This is a business that provides for many families so in all fairness, we need to make our money as well for the time and effort we put in making your look your best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do tons of research BEFORE meeting a potential client. I want to be as prepared as possible for anything they throw at me in regards to marketing materials. After our initial meeting, I begin to compile a list of things that are specific for this client and keep them in the loop of new and upcoming products that are hitting the market and how I envision its use in their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm on the look out for the next big thing. There are always new ideas or products to help enhance customer image. My goal is to find that perfect item that makes the client go "WOW"
