- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is a $90 one hour minimum fee for any job. After the first hour I charge $45 per hour. I have to make it reasonable for myself as well. Thanks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is first speaking with the customer through the Thumbtack platform either by phone, text or through messenging on Thumbtack. I get a good amount of detail as to what is needed on the job and what they are looking for. Afterwards I can provide a quality estimate either via Thumbtack or if for larger jobs an in-house estimate.
