- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system since every customer is different and requires different services, hours and requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the new customer what their needs and wants are. Based on the answers to our questions, we provide the customer with the coverage necessary. We then ask for information needed to assure the safety of the event and staff. Information asked is location, time of event, what kind of event it is, how many people are expected, what kind of equipment will be there, will other vendors be present and what type of service would they provide. We often recommend that the new customers keep in mind the kind of crowd that the venue may invite. Since we are dedicated to safety, safety comes first for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have current and retired law enforcement officers leading our team 24/7. We are also a huge supporter in hiring our brave men and women of our armed forces. In having all these dedicated fully trained men and women working for our company, we are able to provide you with the best service and protection possible.
