Cynthia assisted me while planning and during the day of our baby shower. She provided food catering options and sweets and candy table suggestions. Our Venue looked magnificent thanks to her table linen service and unique and creative table number design. She also added beautiful accents to our decorations. The arch FATE provided for our cake table and entrance vintage sign in table was exactly what I envisioned. She was extremely thorough and paid close attention to detail. Her idea to place a golden charm of my baby's initial on my flower head piece was just one of her magnificent ideas that highlighted her creative knowledge. She has an endless connection with event vendors that will make your day all that you need it to be. It was a wonderful experience overall. I admire her hard work and dedication.

Cynthia Najares was a great wedding planner. My wedding was at Chaffey College Chino Community Center and I could not have asked for a better day. She made sure everything ran smoothly. She made sure that I had food in my system and also made sure we took every picture that we wanted. Honestly, there is nothing that could have been better because she made sure my day was perfect. We met for a few hours on our first meeting and got to know me and I did not feel like I was keeping her from something. She makes you feel like you are the most important person and there is nothing else that matters. Her service was the best and I recommend her to everyone! Thank you for a perfect day! I loved every minute of it!!

They start at $900
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conference first, then if all goes well send over a contract/ proposal. When the couple/customer are ready to proceed I will then set up a meeting to have both contracts signed, obtain a deposit and see that their day is coordinated just as they expected!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learned and Shadowed from the best in Beverly Hills for about 2 years. Obtained a Event Management Certification from The University of La Verne and continue to research to stay on top of trends and network with colleagues in the industry to maintain relationships that will benefit my clients.
