thank you natalie and team! it was a pleasure seeing your finished product. you dont know how thankful i am. turned our poor disgusting rental into the place we knew it could be again. so bad tennants durring covid had destroyed our guest cabin. a co worker suggest i call natalie before beginning demolition and rebuilding. i literally couldn't be happier with the service. guessing i saved probably 8,000$? anyways looks 10000x better than i imagined it could.ok so a weird thing happened.... these cleaning ladies? yea; they actually showed up on time! a real pleasant suprise and not at all common (when most people here; especially in the service industry are on "mountain time" haha the tour before the "initial cleaning" or whatever she called it i don't remember was kind of nice.they actually care about what you want clean. what you want them to focus on. for us the area near fireplace and front door looked like it had been on fire or something. i don't know how or what natalie n the other lady did to make it look so good. i was literally almost in tears going to start demo but your team brought the place back to life. Thanks again!

Natalie has been the absolute best thing that we have found on keeping our house clean. She goes above and beyond every time she’s at our house and we are always happy with the results. You think your house is clean until Natalie gets there and then you realize how clean it is when she leaves. She is a blessing and I have recommended her to my family and friends.

I'll never over charge anyone I'll only ask what I feel is right and depending on bathrooms and bedrooms and square footage is what I go by.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them give me a tour and ask them where they would like me to start and go straight to work.i provide everything for the job.

I'm licensed by the state of California and I'm insured.
