- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Training sessions are 4 for $230. Group classes are 8 for $200 or 4 for $125. Evaluations are $25. We offer introductory pricing for new clients: 2 group classes for $36, as well as an evaluation plus one private training session for $45.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Except for puppies, we recommend that everyone begin with a half-hour private evaluation so that we may ascertain your dog's current level of abilities, listen to your concerns and objectives, and recommend the best course of training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers are members in good standing of the APDT, and have also undergone our in-house extensive Zoom Room training program in animal behavior and positive reinforcement.
