We had GreenWise Builders remodel our kitchen and were really happy with the result. Gabo and his team helped us create a clean, warm, modern kitchen with custom wood cabinets, new countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, and all the finish details. The space feels completely different now and much more functional.There were a lot of details in this kitchen and they did a great job making everything look clean and consistent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates and a written, line-item price before any work starts. No hidden fees, and no charge for the initial walkthrough. Payments are broken into milestones tied to work completed, not paid up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick call or message to understand what you're planning and your budget range.
2. On-site walkthrough to take measurements and look at existing conditions.
3. Detailed written estimate with a full scope of work, usually within a few days.
4. Once approved, we pull any permits needed and set a start date and schedule.
5. Build phase with one point of contact throughout and regular updates.
6. Final walkthrough and punch list before we call it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed California general contractor, fully insured. Our license requires passing state trade and business/law exams and documented field experience. We stay current on California building code, Title 24 energy requirements, and permit requirements in the cities we work in, and we work with licensed electricians and plumbers on the trades that require them.
