This was a total backyard remodel, with new redwood deck, flagstone patio, fences, and jacuzzi, as well as replacing the driveway and adding a handrail to the front porch stairs. I already had completed design plans. Milad started with a very clear contract, and he was very upfront about what was and was not included in the bid. The project was started and completed on time. He was very responsive to notes and questions as the work progressed. I couldn’t be happier with my new back yard, and it was a stress-free process.

I am very glad that I chose Water Pivot for my backyard landscape and hardscape. First off, he introduced me to Ali Atar, who did a 3D design for my backyard so I could see everything before it was done. Ali did a fantastic job and was very accommodating to my changes and request. Then, Milad and his crew did an amazing job on my backyard installing pavers according to the design. They were here everyday early morning and work very hard the entire day. They also changed all my irrigation systems and made my backyard garden beautiful by adding flowers and plants. They did such a great job that I asked them to also fix my driveways that had so many crakes.They installed pavers and turned my driveway like a brand new house. Now, that all my backyard and driveway looks brand new, I had to do something with my porch. Milad suggested that I install tiles and he brought one of his best contractor, Farzin Golpod to install the tiles. Farzin, is very detail oriented and takes his time to do his job not just good but great. Maild is very honest guy and it was a pleasure working with him. I would recommend Water Pivot to all my friends and neighbors who need a good landscape/hardscape company.

Jacob and his employees did a great job. Jacob came out promptly to give me a quote on different types of coverings. I went with river rocks. He sent me pictures of the different kind of rocks. Once I decided they came out within a week to do the job. They arrived on time removed the small pebbles I had, fixed my drip system and cleaned up the area before putting down the weed block cover and then the rocks. I'm having them come back when I'm ready to put plants in and to reseed my back yard. Thought I'd wait for cooler weather first. The picture doesn't do it justice plus it will look a lot better once the plants are in. I highly recommend them!

I hired Water Pivot Landscaping for two projects to improve the looks of the backyard of my newly purchased home. The job included paver and synthetic grass installation. Milad and his crew did a great job so I could not be happier. Milad's attention to detail is extraordinary and his commitment to timing is just amazing. I'll definitely work with him again.
