- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on 4 lessons a month. Since month to month you may come 4 times one month and possibly 5 the next, we base our statements on the number of classes we have in that given month. We also offer make ups and clients can always update us on their attendance before the month starts to avoid class fees.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was studying film in college and this was a family business that I decided to take over when I was expecting a family.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That arts are a great way for kids to express themselves in a generation so heavily based on technology.
