I have known David for over 20 years and I have used him for a number of residential and commercial projects. You will not work with a better professional that is dedicated to his craft. In my time working with David on some of our fix-and-flip home remodel projects, where we added square footage and pushed the ceiling height to over 20 feet, I've found him to be very detailed in his work and articulate with his explanations. Not only that, but he is very thorough with his work, so we did not have so many iterations going through the city - its been a nightmare with other 'architects' and I lost even more money because I lost more money to carrying costs. David was worth it. Other projects that we are working on are mixed use commercial projects. Know that I am a seasoned real estate professional with 20 years of experience and he has always been patient and really holds my hand to explain all the details of why we are building and doing things a particular way. I can't thank him enough for being patient as I know he is very busy. I always learn new things each time I work with him. What I love the most about Dave is that I know the job will get done. He is patient and there is no project that is too difficult or City that is too challenging. The process is the process, but you can count on David not to make stupid mistakes and drag out your time table. For people like me that have a lot of money on the line, that has a lot of value.
