NewCoast Construction was a blessing to work with. They’re professional, prompt, and reasonable. I had a vision for my master bathroom, which the licensed contractor, Mo, was able to help me conceptualize and execute. I could not have designed it without him. Once we had completely upgraded the bathroom, his team was then hired to replace the tile on my ground level flooring. Not only was this a challenge due to asymmetrical dimensions, but also because of the tile sizes and materials utilized.
His team was respectful, diligent, and skilled. I highly recommend this company for all home renovation needs.

Moe, the manager, went above and beyond to give me the best possible solution for what I was looking for.
He’s very communicative and was willing to work around my schedule to get the job done.
I’m extremely happy with the way my kitchen came out and will be hiring NewCoast Construction for any future construction work that’s needed around the house.

Over all the years that I have worked with contractors for home repairs and remodeling, NewCoast Construction is truly one the best with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Not only is Mo and his team efficient and professional, the quality of work was excellent. We had the unfortunate luck of having a shower pan go bad in an upstairs bathroom and leaked into our living room downstairs. Mo was responsive to my initial request, was kind enough to fit us into his schedule and completed the total job of demo, repair, rebuild of the tile shower and repair of the ceiling and wall drywall in less time that I ever expected. The detail of their work and the matching of the tile, grout and drywall texture and paint were excellent. He and his team (major shoutout to Luis) were there everyday on time and definitely took pride in their work. They were courteous, considerate of our time, were respectful of our home and cleaned up everyday. I already have future projects for them. Lastly, and most importantly, Mo and his team are "good" people. Thank you, Mo!

Our son recently purchased a fixer upper home. Both bathrooms were disgusting, so we had Mo come and give us a price for the master bathroom. He was professional, friendly, and on time. We are so pleased with the work that him and his crew did. It went from filthy to beautiful in a couple of weeks. They worked when they came and came when they said they would. Luis is also very good at his trade. I would highly recommend NewCoast Construction for any projects you need. They will be doing the next bathroom and even a bathroom at our own home. At NewCoast Construction we pride ourselves on being honest. Our prices are always very reasonable and fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a lead or a contact, I usually
communicate with the client via text or a phone call to discuss their ideas for the project, I then share my recommendations and ideas if needed. After a design is determined, I provide an estimate and a timeline for the project. Then, a contract is signed by myself and the client. We then start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the Contractor State License Board.
I am also a certified Public Works Inspector.
I earned my experience working with an honest contractor. I also have about 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
