NewCoast Construction was a blessing to work with. They’re professional, prompt, and reasonable. I had a vision for my master bathroom, which the licensed contractor, Mo, was able to help me conceptualize and execute. I could not have designed it without him. Once we had completely upgraded the bathroom, his team was then hired to replace the tile on my ground level flooring. Not only was this a challenge due to asymmetrical dimensions, but also because of the tile sizes and materials utilized. His team was respectful, diligent, and skilled. I highly recommend this company for all home renovation needs.

The team were committed to making the project a success. I had a rental that needed a minimal bathroom renovation and a few touch ups around the house. While everyone shyed from doing the job, Mo stepped up and provide a reasonable cost to get the job done. Highly recommend you speak to Mo for your next project!

Mo was great to work with. He communicated well on all aspects of the project and really saw the vision of the renovation. He and Luis renovated all of my bathrooms plus some other add-on projects which were handled with ease and very professional. They work hard, on time, and very fair on pricing. I would definitely work with him again. Our project came out great!!

My wife and I were very pleased with the end result of our Bathroom Renovation. From the very first day to the very last day, Mo was professional, informative and friendly. He gave us a cost estimate and schedule that he never deviated from. The crew was on-time every day and worked non-stop until days end. Contractors that check ALL of the boxes are a rare commodity in the construction industry. Mo is THAT GUY and he will be for you if you hire him. My wife and I have found our go-to contractor.

Mo & Luis are very good at remodelingbathrooms. I imagine they are good at other jobs but I only did a bathroom. They were very easy to work with. They listened to my requests and made excellent suggestions (their suggestions were usually better than my initial choices). They started quickly and worked everyday (except Sundays) until the job was done. They were very respectful and did their best to keep the "rest of the house" clean. I would hire them again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NewCoast Construction we pride ourselves on being honest. Our prices are always very reasonable and fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a lead or a contact, I usually
communicate with the client via text or a phone call to discuss their ideas for the project, I then share my recommendations and ideas if needed. After a design is determined, I provide an estimate and a timeline for the project. Then, a contract is signed by myself and the client. We then start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the Contractor State License Board.
I am also a certified Public Works Inspector.
I earned my experience working with an honest contractor. I also have about 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
