- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NewCoast Construction we pride ourselves on being honest. Our prices are always very reasonable and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a lead or a contact, I usually communicate with the client via text or a phone call to discuss their ideas for the project, I then share my recommendations and ideas if needed. After a design is determined, I provide an estimate and a timeline for the project. Then, a contract is signed by myself and the client. We then start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the Contractor State License Board. I am also a certified Public Works Inspector. I earned my experience working with an honest contractor. I also have about 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
