I have diagnosed ADHD, so getting any sort of paper work done, in incredibly nerve wreaking. Luckily through chance, lol canes across Peoples Docuserve, the name seemed (welcoming). The representative I spoke with seemed caring of my condition, and it felt like she went just a lil’ bit further to make sure I understood the ebb and flow of the work that needed to be done. I m honored to leave a positive review, normally I wouldn’t bother…but again, the customer service was exemplary .

I found Tessa on this platform after having a bad experience with the first paralegal I hired to handle my case. I confided in her about my situation and my experiences thus far with how my case had been handled prior and she reassured me and gave me confidence in the fact that I could trust her to get the job DONE that I was hiring her to do. After receiving payment she was very communicable in the beginning then shortly after she stopped responding to my messages and phone calls. After awhile it felt like I was chasing her for answers to my case. She finally responded after my many attempts to reach her with excuses and lies about why she hadn’t gotten back to me in a timely manner. We all have personal lives but I hired her to do a job which she did not do. When I called her out on what I felt was the run around she had been giving me she stopped responding all together and I never heard from her again. So she took my hard earned money and did not fulfill her duties as my hired paralegal and left me hanging. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend her for her services because she is not reliable or trustworthy by any means. She’s comes of as sweet and caring likes she’s concerned and wanting to help but she doesn’t see the job through. I’m sure she’s going to have a response to my review but believe me everyone EVERYTHING that I’m stating in my review is 100% true and accurate no matter her defensive response. Tessa if you’re going to take peoples money to do a job make sure you do the job to completion and be honest and keep an open line of communication with your clients.
