Fernando was exactly who we were looking for when ww were searching for a contractor to convert our garage to a home office. He’s a very good listener, which was a breath of fresh air after speaking with several contractors who consistently interrupted me with recommendations for add ons, even though they knew I had a strict and limited budget. Fernando is a very polite and warm person who I’d consider an expert at his skill. His team arrived within a few days of our signed agreement and completed the project in half the time other contractors quoted us. The quality is the highest I’ve seen as well and when friends and family come see the new office, they’re stunned that this was once our dirty old garage. It’s absolute perfection and I can’t wait to work with Fergo on future projects!

Fernando did an excellent job and I hope to work with him again in the future. I am real estate investor and I was looking to add a general contractor to my team. He went out to the property on short notice. He learns very quickly because I had teach him my systems and procedures in span of 24 hours. I he did a face time walk through of the property for me and I received my video/pictures in a timely manner. We didn’t get the duplex but I appreciate his professionalism and definitely work with him again. My only thing I hope he improves on put his quote in a spreadsheet so looks more professional, I did rush him so that was to be expected. I recommend him to anyone needs a remodel or projects done.

Fernando and his crew rebuilt a deck for us and did a great job with project. He was responsive, showed up when he said he was going to, and did quality work. I never felt like he was cutting corners and skimping on materials. We are very happy with the results.
