Fernando and his crew rebuilt a deck for us and did a great job with project. He was responsive, showed up when he said he was going to, and did quality work. I never felt like he was cutting corners and skimping on materials. We are very happy with the results.

Fernando and his crew did an excellent job creating a very well built shed for us. (This is not your average shed as it will be a backyard hang out space and additional storage). He was able to incorporate custom requests and adapt the needs of the build to meet all our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the result. He was great to work with: very reasonable pricing, answered our questions, quality work and is just a nice guy.

Fernando was exactly who we were looking for when ww were searching for a contractor to convert our garage to a home office. He’s a very good listener, which was a breath of fresh air after speaking with several contractors who consistently interrupted me with recommendations for add ons, even though they knew I had a strict and limited budget. Fernando is a very polite and warm person who I’d consider an expert at his skill. His team arrived within a few days of our signed agreement and completed the project in half the time other contractors quoted us. The quality is the highest I’ve seen as well and when friends and family come see the new office, they’re stunned that this was once our dirty old garage. It’s absolute perfection and I can’t wait to work with Fergo on future projects!

He advertises a free estimate. He would not do free estimate for me. He was going to charge me $200 to go under the house and then give me an estimate. This was after we had already messaged a couple times and set up an appointment. He wasted a lot of my time. He had his own agenda of wanting pictures and signing a contract for a free estimate. However, he needed to go under the house to see the work that needed to be done for an accurate estimate. To me he does not deserve five stars. He deserves two stars.

Sherrie as I mentioned I do free estimates when it doesn’t involve me going under a crawling space. However I did tell you I would charge you $200 dollars for traveling fees and for safety gear to go under the crawling space of your house safety is my priority when it comes to inspecting and getting a job done, I’m not sure why you rate me 2 star when I never did any work for you.
