Kildary is the handyman that everyone needs. What a superb job he completed for us. We had some termite damage on the trim surrounding our balcony and he went above and beyond of my expectations. He made sure everything was done correctly and didn't try to creat more work and was honest with the amount of damage there was. Literally looks brand new and like there was never anything wrong.

Kildary did a great job on my place. He is very skilled and professional. My job was equally cosmetic and functional. I had some cosmetic issues with baseboard/floor joint due to some recently completed floor work. Kildary addressed it by applying caulk and touching up paint in some areas. I am very happy with the speed, quality, appearance of the work. I'd definitely hire him again.

Mr. Viana was quick to respond, very flexible in scheduling the appointment and did a fantastic job patching the front of the house and matching the exterior paint. He was also able to quickly do a small interior patch job. I would absolutely hire Mr. Viana for our next home improvement project!
