- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are priced as a flat package — no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. The session fee covers my time and editing, and digital images are delivered through a private online gallery. I'm happy to talk through what's included before you book so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation, either by DM or email, to talk through what you're looking for and find a date that works. From there I'll send over some location ideas based on your vibe and what time of day the light looks best. Before the session I'll share a few tips on what to wear and what to expect so nobody shows up stressed. After we shoot, I deliver your edited gallery within a few weeks and you can download everything straight from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a self-taught photographer who has been shooting for years and has been published. I've traveled to all seven continents, which honestly taught me more than any formal program could have — you get very good at reading light, people, and locations fast when you're working in places you've never been before. Most of what I know about posing nervous people and getting real expressions came from just doing a lot of sessions with a lot of different clients.
