Introduction: My approach to massage is a wholistic view. My back ground is in medical massage, mostly neuromuscular, sports and deep tissue. However, I consider the whole person, not just the problem. The psychological state of my client is very important. I consider their beliefs and I advocate self love and home care. I am happy to facilitate the process of getting them back on track by building a treatment plan to accomplish their goals and get them back to the life they love. As a massage therapist I enjoy being supported and appreciated in my community as a healer. I want to improve my clients lives in a way that is healing and allows them to live at their highest potential and best quality of life. My passion is to help restore my clients to their most healthiest state of well being and most of all enjoy their life pain free!

In office 30 min -$40/ 60 min $75/ 90 min $100 In home or Office $100 minimum / $100 per hour base rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a thorough intake both subjective and objective and hone in on my clients goals and needs. It's important to know their previous experience with massage. From there, together decide if we should create a treatment plan or my clients can request a custom massage for each session
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Minimum of 1000 hours training and instruction. 600 hours training in medical massage and various additional workshops ( structural integration, neuromuscular and myofascial courses) totaling in over 1000 hours of training.
