We are an older couple in the middle of a series of lessons with Lorans. He ascertained quickly that we are beginning level dancers, has kept his patience working with us and is moving us forward while making it fun. He notes not only your level of dance, but of fitness needs. We are learning stretching exercises as well as dance moves, and are enjoying it! I highly recommend him to anyone at any level.

We were searching for private lessons for our first dance and are glad we found Lorans.
Lorans is very good at his craft. He has been dancing for a while. We had 0 dancing experience so he did a lot of work on us to get us ready by our wedding day. He helped us learn the basics and choreographed a fun routine. Although we initially reached out to Lorans with an example video in mind and a different style of dance, we are glad to have switched to bachata.
Our guests really enjoyed the dance! It was very fun to learn and Lorans has good feedback to help you improve! His method can be a little brash sometimes but he means well!
Overall, if you’re looking to have fun & learn a new dance style, would recommend Lorans!

The best experience we have had. He is helping us with our wedding choreography for our big day! Our first dance is super important for us. But we also have no experience in dancing, so we wanted something simple. Loranz has been very patient with us and making sure we understand the dance moves. He uses great analogy and terms for us to understand what exactly we are doing and how it should be done. Loranz believe in us when we dance, even though we wanted something simple, Loranz loves to add in more because he thinks we can do it which motivates us and gives us the courage to be open with ourselves.
Loranz is very passionate and professional when it comes to his dancing. He’s also a cool and funny person, which makes the environment more comfortable to around.
Definitely worth getting!!

Lawrence is an amazing dance instructor and I feel so lucky to have found him! His dance classes are on average 45 minutes long and he keeps you moving the entire time! I have learned so much in a short amount of time particularly with proper form and technique. He specializes in Bachata and Salsa as well as Ballroom. I have a fixed hourly rate that I give discounts on depending on what kind of package the students buys.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
you get a free consultation call to chat about your goals ✨️ and I will put together a plan for you then we schedule your 1st lesson and we go over foundations and basics and see how you learn so I can design a specific program that tailored to your abilities and they way you like to learn🥰 and finally we set a standing appointment for you so that we guarantee 💯 that there is a spot for you at the time you like available for you every week to keep on working towards your goal. We set deadlines for projects that we come up with together so that we make the learning process fun.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have went to ballroom school since I was 5 and when I turned 18 I taught in this school for 4 years and I started my own dance school 5 years ago and we have been moving since Covid but we always have at least three stable areas where we hold classes. Got top ballroom teacher in the bay area and the states 4 times.
