For the last year and a half Iβve been training five days a week sometimes six not even missing a leg day, trying different diets and training styles. I became very frustrated I couldnβt understand why I wasnβt getting the gains I needed and the trimming that I wanted with the amount of hard work i was putting in to my dieting and my training. So I gave in and decided to look up a nutritionist/trainer I found Danteβs page and I said to myself βletβs give it a shotβ. My first meeting with Dante was very professional ,we went over goals, where I once was, where I am, and where I want to be. He sent me a meal plan and and Iβve been dedicated to that plan for roughly a month and a half, within a month I lost 10 pounds and did not lose muscle mass. The exercises that Dante ran with me pushed me to my limits and I regained that satisfactory sore feeling for days after that that we as lifters and trainers chase after. A personal thank you goes to Dante and his team for always being there when I called or texted, always being on time and showing me a new way of training. Thereβs a science to this and Dante definitely knows it and heβs willing to put in the time to explain it to you so that you can take your training to the next level.

His circuit training workouts are intense. Though we do virtual training sessions, he monitors the posture and technique of working out and corrects it if needed for effectiveness. I can feel the heat in my self after our 5sessions by now!! Best trainer I found!!

Training with Dante has been amazing. Not only does he assist with our fitness goals, he also ensures that we eat the right food by providing us custom nutritional plans. He is knowledgeable, motivating, funny, and most importantly, he makes working out enjoyable. We always have a good time there. Now we are only two weeks in and we are already seeing some early results! Highly recommend!

I started working with Dante in mid Dec 2019. I started early so I got into a routine. Iβm a 40 year old man who is (was) 208lbs and about 5ft 9. I had a knee injury and a weak posterior chain. Dante understood my goals and also the fact diet is key. I had to take 2 weeks off in Jan due to an illness but given the training, diet and focus Iβm 197 lbs and feel fitter. Iβll get to my goal of 185 lbs by end of March but more key is the change in attitude and approach Dante has instilled in me. Never done the same workout and always been flexible. Very highly recommended. Great trainer and guy. π

Iβve been training with Dante 2 days a week for the past month- I live in Oakland, work in Berkeley and drive to his gym in Danville afterward because heβs that good. Since December Dante has helped me reevaluate my limits, try new exercises, adopt a diet plan, and celebrate the initial stages of my long term goals (he plans those out with you too). No two trainings are exactly the same with him, and the momentum you build in each session leaves you eager to practice what you learn between trainings. He genuinely wants to see you thrive in the ways you intend to. He keeps tabs on me and my hectic schedule, is super accessible via texting, and has a diverse range of clients with equally diverse sets of needs and goals. Iβd definitely recommend him to anyone... and after a day of stationary work at a desk, training with Dante becomes a real gift to yourself.
