What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reserve / pay. I email you forms and add you to my private nutrition page on Facebook. We start new clients asap and on Sunday's you get your meal plans, grocery list and recipes. On Monday's we meet remotely on my conference line and each day you receive on-line support with questions, concerns, love and someone to share you wins with!
