- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is forty years plus experience and we warranty our work. we are in the top 3 percent left in the industry with the best troubleshooting skills. our pricing is fair for the best work. we are not giving free estimates and we are not the most inexpensive bid but I am knocking down my hourly rate from 120.00 per hour to 65.00 an hour for THUMBTACK customers which is a 45 % discount up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we require payment in advance with a credit card or Pay Pal to book an appointment for the first one hour minimum service call diagnostic fee, if we do the repair this will be credited toward the cost of the total repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Community college diploma from R.C.C. Refrigeration 1, Solar energy, Electricity, Heating. Southern California Gas Company school, EPA certification, Certified by Calgon in water treatment, certified in Puron R410A by Carrier. CSLB C-20 # 639 288 by the State of California, ICBO Certified Building inspector.
