Falcon Construction was terrific. They did some beautiful concrete work along our side yard. They were professional on time came in on budget and did beautiful work. I would hire them again in a minute. Highly recommend. .
Val at Falkon Construction was great. He replaced our sidewalk for us and helped us get the LA sidewalk rebate. He is honest, reliable and easy to work with, would recommend him many times over. His pricing was competitive and the entire process was smooth.

Had driveway redone. Falkon Construction did a beautiful job, extended driveway just as I wanted. Guys were ready to start job early and got it done quick, good workers. I will be calling Falkon const back for more work. They are the BEST.

I sincerely appreciate the time and efforts Val took in the past two months, in patiently discussing and explaining to me all the structural details of building a new retaining wall at my side yard. It was just a small project. Yet he was willing to devote considerable time in checking with city and Edison Company to ensure the wall is going to be built according to code and would also satisfy the safety requirements of the main power pole that is very close to the site.Although I wasn't able to use your service as stipulated by Edison, i am grateful and truly appreciate Val'sprofessionalism in his services.

Val is one of the most patient people I know! Gave a proposal for an HOA we manage and tweaked the proposal exactly to what 5 different Board members needed and started on their timeframe! Looking to see if I can find more work for him because him and his crew were a breeze to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Building Permits, city business licensing are at an additional costs. For concrete installation we have a minimum job size requirement of 500 SF.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An onsite visit, a detailed written proposal with inclusions and exclusions. A signed contract with start and end dates and performance based payment schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20yrs of experience. Attending industry trade shows like World of Concrete and participating in educational seminars and events to learn about advancements in our industry.
