- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our photography come with high quality retouched images at no extra costs, because we believe in delivering only professional grade finished photos. For quotes, we are happy to discuss your request so that we can provide you with the best quote possible that will suit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an email to our client that includes a questionnaire to determine the details of their event. We'll then meet with our clients in order for them to get to know us and we get to know them. This is our way of warming up before the actual shoot. This also gives us an opportunity to explain the process and to get any additional details, making sure that nothing is missed. Here is where we determine the style of photography that the client is interested in and discuss any special shots that they may want. We provide them with a contract for them to review so that they can sign it and send it back to us to make things official. We stay in contact with our clients until the time of their special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and training consist of a combination of a Bachelor in Art and extensive training in wedding and portrait photography. We consistently learn new techniques and keep up with current styles. We never stop learning because their is no end to perfection.
