It took awhile to get a clear expectation of duties to them. Having my contractor walk them through the property with what was needed helped, but it doubled the price. From 850 to 1900. It was one day’s work for a crew and I’m not sure what changed it by so much.

In any case, they did good work, stayed in touch and communicated their schedule. Everything looked great in the pictures.

We have an acre of landscaped area that we regularly maintained because of the 80 redwood trees we have planted. There was over three years of debris that we needed cleaned up. We normally have it done by a Gardner twice a year. In over 30 years we have never had as good quality as they provided. No broken pipes, sprinklers etc. they were respectful and very thorough. They will be our go to for anything outside!
