Full Service Event Planning - for the bride that needs help every step of the way, nothing is left out, all details are handled. This service usually starts one year prior to event date and is customized based on each individuals needs. Unlimited emails and phone calls. Day of Coordination - for couples who choose to do most of the planning themselves. I step in 3 months prior to the event to wrap up any last minute details and bring the entire event together. This service includes a number of face to face visits, unlimited emails and phone calls. Event Design & Production - we work together on the design or theme of your entire event, including vendors needed, rentals and specialty items...from concept to completion. Your event will essentially be sketched out to your desire and our recommendations and is brought to life on the day of your event.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research and be sure the Planner you hire is a match for you. You are not only investing your money, but your time and essentially putting your event in the hands of this person. Be sure to ask to view a portfolio and ask for references. If the service being offered vs the fees charged seems to good to be true, it probably is. You should feel confident when choosing a planner to take care of all the details of your most important day.
