Erick responded immediately and was able to come within a few hours to check out our water heater. We needed to replace the unit and he picked up the new one and installed it the next day, including all new valves. He was such a pleasure that he will be my first call for all our future plumbing needs.

Erick did an excellent job replacing the shutoff valve for my main water line, and fixing a leaky spigot. The previous plumber did a poor job that lead to a leaky spigot. Erick detected that leak and was able to replace it, although it wasn’t part of the main job requested. For that, he had to go to the store to get the additional missing parts; he didn’t complain or try to jack up prices. I was impressed with the quality of his work. The soldering wasn’t dropping everywhere like some other pros do and it was smooth, bright and clean. He was on time and was very efficient and fast. He’s very personable. Very happy overall with his professionalism quality work, and would definitely call him back.
