- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, fixed-fee pricing for most bookkeeping and fractional CFO engagements based on your business's size and needs. For catch-up bookkeeping or special projects, I provide a custom quote after reviewing your books. My goal is to deliver the right level of support at a fair and predictable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a discovery call to learn about your business, current accounting processes, and goals. After reviewing your books and systems, I'll recommend a solution, establish a streamlined workflow, and begin providing ongoing support and financial reporting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach and am a licensed CPA. With more than 12 years of experience in public and private accounting, I've worked extensively in auditing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial management.
