With music lessons and performance opportunities for adults and children alike, private voice lessons fill the gap left by budget cuts in the local school budgets. My vocal studio is the place to turn when one is looking to explore and nurture one's full potential. With weekly voice lessons that focus on the whole student, I strive to lay the foundation for a lifetime not only of music appreciation but learning in general.
Tuition Schedule:
Half Hour Lesson- $38
The half hour lesson is perfect for students with limited time and budget. Also appropriate for the absolute beginner with little or no experience studying music or singing.
Full Hour Lesson - $76
For the more serious student, the full hour lesson encompasses the same format as the half hour but with more songs covered and broader vocal exercise progression.
I enjoy my warm and friendly teaching style.

Several months ago, I happened to go to a recital of Sarah Sloan's vocal students and was very impressed with her professionalism and the student performances. Then when I searched this site for vocal instruction myself, up came her name! I have now had several lessons. Sarah is very knowledgeable and takes her work seriously. At the same time, she is friendly and quite humorous... a great combination, I would say! She works on the kind of music a student is interested in singing but also knows what kind of music a student should sing in order to develop properly. Lessons are challenging but also fun. I am very pleased to be working with Sarah and feel secure that I am in really good hands!

I have been taking lessons with Sarah for several weeks now in Dublin and I'm amazed at the improvement in my singing in just three weeks.
She not only made me feel totally comfortable and at home in her lovely studio, but her level of expertise was quite aparent the first day. She tailors all the lesson to my spedific needs and interests and shows me techniques for my voice that let me do things I never thought were possible. Quite a remarkable experience.

Sarah's experience and expertise were obvious from the very first lesson. I had virtually no experience and she immediately made me feel at home and like I could really learn to sing.
Her humor and warmth made it such a pleasant experience I can't wait to go back!
