Excellent - That is the one word I would use to describe this company. If you are looking for professional, master craftsmen that you can trust with your home - just save yourself the time and hire Fat Rock. My experience with them from start to finish just felt too good to be true! I hired them to replace my old vinyl kitchen floor with beautiful porcelain tile. Here is the breakdown as to why to hire them. 1. Communication - From start to finish Dany was reponsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with me over messenger initially to give me an estimate. There were a few details I didn’t know, so he schedule time to come see the job and confirm the price. The price was very reasonable. My job was small, but Dany treated me like I was his most important customer throughout the whole process. 2. Scheduling - They had my job scheduled within days of my quote! They sent a 3 man crew who completed my entire floor in 1 day!!! Other quotes from competitors, either wanted more or couldn’t commit to a time between other jobs, and said it would take 3-4 days. 3. Craftsmen - From the first moment I met them, Dany & David gave me advice on how to best lay the porcelain tile I had picked. Plus also let me know the grout I had chosen was way too dark, showing me much better options. Fat Rock is a family owned business and I was lucky to also have Arturo (Dany’s father) on my job! All I can say is these guys are masters at what they do, and it is evident in how they work and in the finished product. 4. Professionals - The whole process with this company was seamless. They just went out of their way to make it easy. They came on time, they immediately took up my rugs, put down tarps, handeled taking out my appliances. They were neat, tidy, and very respectful. After they were done, despite working an 11 hour day, they made sure to clean up, put back my appliances, and take the time to really make sure I was happy. I was soooo happy! Honestly, I have never had a better experience with a home remodel project. We are hoping to do a bathroom remodel in the next year, and when we do, I know exactly who I am going to hire! I fully recommend them! Look no further.

Fat Rock Tile installed tile flooring in a sunroom for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Dany was very professional from the bid right through to the completion of the project. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything he did. He also offered advice and suggestions which were most helpful. Best of all their price was very reasonable. We will use them again for our next tile project.
