Reached out to Ivan due to a tankless water heater that quit at a rental property. He responded within minutes I set him up with my tenant he got out there right away determined it needed a new tankless unit, ran around found one and installed it within hours my tenants were back up and running. This is a very big deal because without the prompt responsiveness I would have had to send my tenants to a hotel. And by the way his pricing was very very much in line I manage 25 properties and will not hesitate to ask for Ivan’s help again

I had leaks in my lawn sprinkler valves and could not get the main valve to turn off completely. Ivan came and had it shut off in minutes. He looked at the sprinkler lines and the work that needed to be done and recommended a person that did sprinkler line repairs that he said would be cheaper than his plumbers rates. Wow! And to top it off he did not charge me anything for his service call. I'll be calling Ivan for any future plumbing needs.
