- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple and honest pricing. I review your project, than create an estimate which outlines the services, materials, and time required to meet your goals. The invoice never exceeds the estimate, and is never sent out until the client has received all related CAD files, and Vendor information, sufficient to get first article build of their product.

Read all of the trade publications, attend trade shows.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a natural curiosity about how things function, and how they are put together.
