- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That depends on the job. Each job is unique and comes with its own set of obstacles comma and therefore sometimes the prices may vary. Some things are straightforward on pricing some are not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First getting to know the customer, and seeing what they want done. Also if there are any special rules applied to the residence or property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction, remodeling flooring have all been in my family for Generations, and all the men in my family are contractors.
