- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet onsite (or at a suitable/safe location) to discuss a game plan to get the asset under control. After meeting face to face, or at least over the phone, and once we're both comfortable with expectations, roles, & responsibilities... a deal is struck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I'm always learning and certifying.
