SERVICES OFFERED: I specialize in engagement, wedding, real estate, and low-light event photography and videography (including live-streaming). At your option and at additional cost, post-editing (including resizing, cropping, rotations, lens correction), post processing work (adjustments to the image and/or improvements to color, hue, tone, saturation, sharpness) and photoshopping (AI beautify, blemish removal, age reversal, wrinkle-reduction, smoothing, red eye removal, more detailed enhancements, and/or custom alterations) can be selected for the photos taken. Likewise, video editing (including music overlay) is available as an add-on service. Proofs are available in a digital format. Instant Prints: On-demand, same-day, same-event physical color photos are available in a 4'x6' inch format if you wish for me to bring printing equipment (please request specifically beforehand). WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: I have done many weddings, both small and large. Smaller weddings will have one photographer/videographer; with larger weddings or larger venue size, we can provide up to 3 photographers/videographers. You can request between 1 to 3 video streams/feeds/angles, including Drone Footage. We will provide you with a cost estimate based on the option selected. Video is taken either in 4K or HD fidelity, at your option. All photographers and staff will dress professionally for the occasion, rain or shine.
VIDEO PRODUCTION: Videography is often requested by my clients to go alongside photography. Dedicated video steams (1 piece of equipment per stream just for the purpose of recording) can be had for engagements, weddings, fund raisers, baptisms, real estate listings, special events, etc. I can produce videos with music overlay as well as do live streaming through OBS so your viewers can see it on Twitch or YouTube. You can request 4K Video or High Definition will be the default. HD or 4K Video taken from a Drone can be requested as well.
PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY: I can travel to your company to do corporate portraits/headshots or you may travel to my studio and business address located in El Cerrito, California. You are welcomed to make an appointment for a photo-shoot by calling my number. The studio offers true-color photographic-quality natural lighting (up to 5 light source projections), choice of background colors (black, white), and a private fitting quarter. It has professional-grade lighting, backdrops, and high-end tripods. My pricing for studio portraits done in El Cerrito, CA for up to 30 shots and 2 outfit changes is a $120/flat rate. You may select 1 picture to have your figure photoshopped onto a different solid-colored (such as blue, green, black, white, etc.) background. For the pics taken, you will be able to get the original JPEG along with the enhanced version delivered electronically for the price. At your option and at additional cost, post-editing (including resizing, cropping, rotations, lens correction), post processing work (adjustments to color, hue, tone, saturation, sharpness) is available. Photoshopping (AI beautify, blemish removal, age reversal, wrinkle-reduction, smoothing, red eye removal, more detailed enhancements, and/or custom alterations) is also available as an add-on service at additional charge ($60/hr or a quoted flat rate, with a 50% deposit and full-payment before product delivery). You can take a look at the photos taken and then decide which ones you want enhanced. Additional value-on services include the delivery of original RAW file (you must specify in advance that you want the photos to be taken in RAW) and the transfer of copyrights to the images through a written instrument.
PRICING: In general, I will work with you to find a pricing that will be attractive, affordable, and worthwhile to both parties. The initial quote you receive on Thumbtack through my standard response to your request may be tentative and could change depending on the scope of work and circumstances. Unlike some photographers who charge by the number of pictures they take or the number of people involved, I charge based on the estimated workflow for the event and the estimated workload of the post-processing involved. There are those who charge $250 per hour for event photography and $300-$400 for corporate head-shot photos; I don't. I just want to give you the best rate possible. I am probably the best photographer you can find for the best price.
PRICE & QUALITY GUARANTEE: I will charge the lowest reasonable rate possible & attempt to beat any competitor while offering the highest quality product.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS: With event photography, you can secure a time for that special event of yours with an agreed upon deposit amount; after cleared payment, you will get a reservation confirmation and I will appear for the event. Time is of the essence especially if you are paying by check and I agree to accept your check as a payment form. You can drop off the check with Mary at the studio address listed above or mailed to me at the same address. Generally, I prefer Venmo, PayPal, or cash as payment. The pictures are given to you after full payment.
