The continued service that Ronnie provides me is great. I appreciate that he openly communicates any delays because we all know life happens. Ronnie is very professional and is very straight forward with helping you meet your goals. His knowledge and ideas in helping me re-design my front landscaping is great and highly appreciative as I struggle to envision details at times. Furthermore, the value for the service he provides is above and beyond most. I would highly recommend him to any and all that are looking for a reliable landscaping service.

He knocked the price down $200 to do a rough finish when I advise quote to rototill front yard was outside of budget. I went with it and figured I could do the raking. There were some areas that seemed they were not tilled so I messaged him to advise. He did offer to come by Monday to take care of it, which I declined because I was just going to be adding topsoil to that area anyway. A couple of days after finish, I started raking up and leveling his work. I came across multiple areas that looked like dirt was tilled over to make it look like that area was tilled. I called him up to inform him and offered to pay a little extra to do a complete finish. I told him I did not want to hire someone else yet and I wanted to give him another chance. He said he wanted to make me happy and get this right. He informed me he would call me back in 20 minutes. It has been over a week. When he did not call I knew his level of professionalism and decided to go elsewhere.

I bid jobs at flat rates instead of hourly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setup a a time and day to have a schedule estimate and walkthrough of the property or area the customer needs renovation on. Thoroughly explain what steps I’ll take towards there landscaping needing and ask questions and suggestions where both of us are on the same page from get all contact info and send them and estimate via email
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve attended college for business and marketing and I’ve completed a 3 month rigorous forestry program in my late teens. I’ve worked one summer with a landscape company and years of lawn care as an adolescent and working at various companies that gave me the opportunity to take lead of the property landscape maintenance.
