We had a very positive experience working with TopTierFlooring. From the start, Javier was very responsive in answering questions, providing us with a quote and getting us booked as soon as possible. We chose to do a full broadcast epoxyfloor using Igneous color. They just finished this morning but so far, we are very happy with how the garage floor turned out.

Hello everyone,
I did a lot of research before deciding to coat my garage floor. Top Tier Flooring uses polyaspartic which is a lot more expensive and better than epoxy. Epoxyfloors are much more vulnerable to abrasion, chipping and peeling and is a older technology. Polyaspartic floors are more flexible and more durable which means they’ll offer superior protection against anything your garage can throw at them – cars, bikes, sports equipment, tools and normal activities in your garage.
Javier and his team were very friendly and easy to talk to and their price was very affordable compared to other quotes I got from different companies that were using cheaper materials (Epoxy) as base.
Javier stop the job for 3 hours to go and get different flake color that I like and they stayed late till 7:30pm to finish the job without any negativity. My garage looks awesome and I love it. I strongly recommend them. Thank you Top Tier Flooring for your great job and pleasant attitude through the entire job.

I found the company on Thumbtak and within seconds of updating my information on the app I received a text message from Javier. I called Javier up and my husband and I recievd all information from him and he explained everything really nicely and we could tell how experienced he was at his job with the way he answered questions and gave us suggestion for the epoxy flooring. He gave his honest opinion when it came to coloring and choosing the chips for epoxy. He was very busy so it took us 2 weeks after contacting him that we actually went ahead with epoxy garage flooring which worked ro our benefit since we were getting ghe garage renovated. Once the renovation and painting was complete we then went ahead and choose the epoxy color he came to the house to get measurements and explained the process to us in detail.
He works very efficiently and uses high quality material the polyaspartic coat. Fair prices high quality and very efficient is what you get when you book Javier and his team!
I would definitely recommend Javier to family and friends!! Thanks for making this experience easy and simple!

My prices are not high i give reasonable prices for Great Satisfaction to the customer which is the main priority.

Normally I schedule a estimate and I meet them in person and see what type of work they need done at there home .
