- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is upfront and transparent. Estimates are based on the size of the tree, job complexity, access, and safety requirements. We don’t charge hidden fees—everything included in the quote is clearly explained ahead of time. Discounts may be available for multiple trees, off-season work, or repeat customers, and emergency or high-risk jobs may cost more due to added equipment and safety needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and straightforward: Initial contact – The customer reaches out by phone, text, or online. On-site evaluation – We assess the tree, safety concerns, access, and scope of work. Clear estimate – We provide a transparent quote and explain the recommended approach. Scheduling – We set a convenient date and handle any required prep. Professional service – We complete the work safely and efficiently. Cleanup & follow-up – We clean the site and make sure the customer is satisfied.

We have hands-on industry training, safety certifications, and years of field experience in professional tree care, including proper pruning, safe removals, equipment operation, and job-site safety.
