I fly to Vegas every year and go to all the cater source classes, and trade show.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have Owned my restaraunt for 22 years. Catering the last 10 years was just a natural fit. I love to plan events. I am so much more than a caterer, I am an event planner, an organizer, a decorator, at times a florist, I'll hang drapes,I will do whatever it takes to make my bride happy and the pictures amazing.
