Usually the price is set in the first conversation with the customer. And according to the cleanings, the price may vary if he inserts or removes things in the cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to him by message to schedule the best cleaning day. Then I go to the client on the scheduled day and he shows me the house and tells me what to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Firstly, the customer is always asked how he or she would like the cleaning, which products they like to use in their home. Being polite and friendly offers a good professional relationship with the customer.
