It's hard to describe the incredible job done by David and Mel. Every single nook and cranny of the house and appliances were addressed. My house looks fantastic. Not only that, but they are such pleasant folks! I will use them again in a heartbeat!

This cleaning service was amazing. I called them to deep clean my apartment for my move out and they did an amazing job! I got all of my security deposit back and would definitely recommend them!

They were amazing! I’ve lived at my current apartment for almost a year and I never thought to get a professional cleaning service. I’m so glad I found them because they made my apartment look brand new.
I was working from home during the cleaning and I also had pets around & they were so mindful of noise.
I got a deep cleaning service since it was my first professional cleaning in a long time, but I would definitely request their service and expertise on a regular cadence.

After a busy few months (with houseguests for a month included) I needed a very deep cleaning of our house. I requested a quote from DM Professional Clean through Thumbtack. David , the owner, responded fast, gave me an easy quote, and told me they were available to do the cleaning on the date I requested. (I say, "easy quote" because he gave me a hard dollar amount instead of the annoying "need more information" that some other businesses give.) He told me he and his wife Mel would be cleaning the house.
Hiring DM Professional Clean was super easy -- David was very clear with what was included/excluded, pricing, and expectations. He was super responsive and easy to book. Was not the cheapest quote we got, but based on other folks' reviews, we decided to spend the extra money & it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! I can tell David is organized, and he responds to messages FAST. He's very pleasant, polite, respectful, straightforward, and has a great attitude over messaging (unlike other cleaners who ask you too many questions, are too picky, or talk too much nonsense). I'm already looking forward to the next time!
I've worked with many house keepers in the past and I am often left underwhelmed. You all know that feeling...when the house smells clean but when you run your fingers across the top of the cabinets and find it covered with dust. Well, I still do this test and am happy to say there was not a spec of dust to be found anywhere.
The service itself was incredible, the best I’ve ever seen. They went above and beyond and cleaned the place from top to bottom with great detail. All corners and hidden places were reached and they did not leave anything out. Their work was really impressive.
David and Mel clearly take pride in their work. David was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with not only before but during and after the cleaning as well. If you’re available, he also does a full walk-thru with you after they are done to make sure you are satisfied.
Let me just say, my experience has been nothing short of perfection. They were on time, professional, and did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I can't stop raving about them.
I'm so happy I stumbled upon David and his wife Mel. They are a rockstar team. You're missing out if you don't give them a shot.
I truly felt I was left with a spotless home and I could finally relax now that the house is so clean.
Of course I will be hiring them again no doubt & I would absolutely recommend them over and over!
