- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do 2 things all day. I manage rental property for my owner clients and I work with investors and home buyers helping them find their ideal property. Plain and simple. I know the business in an out and have bought, fixed, rented, sold more than 60 of my own properties over the years. That's much more personal hands on ownership than certainly most Realtors.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Save the hassle of dealing with tenants and repairs and let someone who has years of experience do it. Hire someone who knows something about fixing buildings. I have rehabbed over 40 properties that I have owned over the years and I have built and sold 23 new homes. So I know virtually everything there is to know about repairs and costs.
