My furnace chose to stop working at 5 am one day. I immediately went onto Thumbtack to find someone to repair it. Bryan responded immediately and was at my house that morning. The repair ended up being a challenge, but Bryan was up for it. He was determined to get my furnace working again and as quickly as possible. Bryan is professional, knowledgeable and honest. He also communicates very well. I will be recommending him to my neighbors, which is the best compliment I can give someone, since my neighbors know where I live. 😊

Bryan responded fairly quickly after I sent out an inquiry about my AC system. He arrived the same day within a timely manner. He polite, professional and efficient. He was able to identify the problem of my AC unit and reported how soon he can make repairs. AC unit is working as expected after he fixed the problems I had.
