I am very reasonably priced and work with my customers with payment or whatever necessary to make sure the customer can benefit from my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going through an assessment first to find out their starting point and then building them a program to help them get to their fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 nationally recognized personal training certifications as well as my bachelors degree in nutrition.
